I appreciate high-quality ingredients, clean and rustic flavors, classic culinary techniques, and a subtle and elegant finish.

My goal is to impress my clients with the luxurious simplicity that you may remember as the greener meadows and bluer skies of childhood, when every soup wasn't seasoned with a bouillon cube and every piece of fish wasn't sprinkled with lemon pepper.

When preparing food, I get inspiration from local ingredients and traditional cooking customs. I use Estonian meat and dairy products, forest products from the region, and vegetables grown by local farmers. My goal is to cook with love and treat the ingredients with respect. I consider it important to avoid waste by using the ingredients as much as possible.

We want to approach each client personally and organize dinners the way we would want them to be done for us. We work hard on details and pay great attention to good style and great flavors.
