Cook with Ants
You have surely encountered a dried piece of fillet on your plate that resembles a shoe sole rather than a juicy piece of meat.
To prevent this from happening in your kitchen, Ants Uustalu will teach you how to handle raw ingredients to ensure a juicy and delicious result. You will also learn how to season your food and which sauces go well with different dishes.
The price of the course is €89 per person, including tools, raw ingredients, and a welcome drink.
The price does not include drinks ordered separately.
The result of the cooking class is a 5-course dinner that you can all enjoy together.
The minimum number of participants is 10 people and you should plan for at least 4 hours.
The training takes place in the kitchen of the Ööbiku restaurant.
